This is my first Crazy Quilt (CQ) square for a CQI (Crazy Quilt International ) "Fabulous First Timer" (FFT) Round Robin (RR)! CQI is an online group of wonderfully talented ladies that promote and participate in crazy quilting projects of extraordinary beauty. I am honored to have recently joined the group. The experience has been wonderful so far.
Everyone who joins starts out participating in a "Fabulous First Timer" (FFT) Round Robin (RR) activity. These are where 5 members work on one block from each RR member to get they feet wet in crazy quilting so to speak. I was lucky to get into FFT # 15 - anything goes! That started this month.
I lucked out and recently found some beautiful fabrics just waiting to be pieced together. They begged to be worked on. I love it when a design comes together! I'm waiting with baited breath to see what my RR mates make of it. Hee. Hee. Hee.
